Created and published limits but not running?

In general, if limits are not running, it may be due to compatibility issues between our app and your theme.

Our app is compatible with most themes, but there are some exceptions.

Please don’t worry—you can contact us via email at [email protected] or through the online chat window. Once we receive your inquiry, our team will check and resolve the issue with the limits for you.

Our team will handle everything from the backend of our app, so you do not need to grant us collaborator access. All you need to do is create the limits and publish them.
