How to create a Return/Exchange Form?

Currently, our team has added an "Order No." field to the form, allowing users to quickly search for orders that have been paid in your store. You can use this field to create a return or exchange form.

You can follow the steps below to learn how to create a return/exchange form and understand how to set up the Order No. field.

Step1: Create a form.

1. Our team has created a new Return/Exchange Form template. You can click "New Form", then select "Return Forms" to find it. This allows you to quickly create a Return/Exchange Form.

In this form, certain conditions are set by default, and you can view condition prompts on the Design page. You can also select "Settings", then expand "Set Conditions" to check the specific condition configurations.

Of course, you can freely modify the form — this is just a template.

2. If you have already created a form, simply add the Order No. field to it. In the next step, you can learn about the functions of the various settings within the Order No. field.

Step2: Add the Order No. field to the form.

1. Go to the form editing page.

2. Navigate to the Design page, find BUSINESS, and then add the "Order No." field.

3. When adding the Order No. field manually, the "Email Verification" feature is not enabled by default. This function requires entering the email address associated with the order in order to successfully query it. You can enable this feature if needed.

4. Regarding the URL Parameter Name feature in the Order No. field, its function is to retrieve variable values from the URL and display them in the Order No. field.

For example, if the URL of the page containing the form includes a variable named order_no, you can use this feature to extract the value of order_no and display it in the Order No. field. Simply enter the variable name order_no in the URL Parameter Name setting.

After adding the Order No. field to the form, users can query paid orders through the Order No. field.
