Connect form elements to Omnisend contact data.

Please refer to our below instruction to connect the form elements to Omnisend profile data:

1. From the admin of the app, select a particular form that you want to connect.

2. From the form page, click the "Settings" tab > Click "Integration".

3. Click "Omnisend" > Click "Enable".

4. Input "Omnisend API key".

5. Input "Omnisend Tags" if you need.

In order to integrate form elements with Omnisend , you must input email tag to the Email field (corresponding field), and other contact tags if you need. Please make sure there is one and only one Email field in your form to bind email tag.

Regarding other fields, you can name anything according to your needs.
