How to set "notification sent to submmiter's email"?
If you need the user submitting the form to also receive a submission confirmation email, you can set it up according to the steps below.
Step1: Enable "Send notification to this email after submitted" in the email field of the form.
1. Enter the edit page of the form.
2. On the Design page, select the Email field and check the option "Send notification to this email after submitted". Then click "Save".

Please note that if you have enabled the "Let customer choose if accept to receive notification emails" feature in the Email field, users will also need to check the "Accept to receive notifications by email" option when submitting the form in order to receive the submission confirmation email.

Step2: Enable "Send email to submitter" in Settings.
Please note that "Send email to submitter" is selected by default. If you have not made any changes, this step is not necessary.
1. Go to the form editing page.
2. Select Settings, expand the "Email to Submitter" section, then check "Send email to submitter" and save.
