Publish a form by theme app extension.

You can install the form in your desired location using the Pify Form block in the theme. The specific steps are as follows.

Step1: Create the form you need in the app.

Step2: Go to the form editing page and select "Publish." Click "Install in a custom position" and then copy the form code.

Step3: Go to the theme editing page in Shopify.

Step4: Navigate to the page where you want to install the form, add a Pify Form block at the desired location, and then insert the form code there.
